Life without smoking

Well peeps, I smoked my last cigarette on July 1st 2007 and haven't touched one since!!! I can't believe it's been a year already. I've actually turned into a big anti smoker, I literally can't stand it now!!

Has anyone given up since the ban came in?

I forgot about that!! Girls, you should have seen Tess when she found an empty fag packet in the door of my car!! She whipped around holding it and more or less accused me of lying about giving up!!

I am in TOTAL admiration of how strong you are Sarah hon, you should be SO proud of yourself for giving up smoking.. There is always the temptation if Andy smokes!!

I HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE smoking. Have NEVER smoked and never want to ...it's stupid dude, if you were meant to smoke, you'd have a chimney on your head!! I can't stand being a room where someone smoked - I just hate it and can't go within 500 feet of a ciggie.....

I just think it's so unnatural - for example you are meant to eat and drink, but not naturally meant to smoke!! - It's stupid and just makes you ill - so what is the pont!!

I really can relate to becoming a huge anti smoker LOL!!.. Ive given up for 6 years in August, but kevin still smoked and I continually tell him how much he stinks and how he is killing me if I ever happen to go near his smoke LOOOOOOL!!!

well done Sarah !! Im an ex smoker myself and like u I ve become a huge anti smoker ... I cant stand it anymore .... in fact if someone is smoking next to me I can literally not breath anymore !
