scary thing!

just the other night we heard some screaming alarms from policecars,
it was really close to where I live so we were like wt..
So a little later when things were quiet, Hans left to take the post etc from his parents house
(as they are on holiday) he came back and told me that just around the corner of our street ( and that's a small one!)
4 policecars were blocking the junction...he counted 12 policemen in bullitproove vests...Hans turned around to go the other way.
we still don't know what happened...and we thought we lived in a nice peacefull neighbourhood!

beats me what was going on, it was in the middle of a residental quarter ( in mine...)

that does sound scary, we also live in a quiet little town so that would be horrible for us too. Did you ever find out what is going on?

its scary isnt it when you see things like that...

Let me tell you a story too .....

Imagine this... moving into my new house here, took all day to move stuff over and finally unloaded the last box into the front room... kids were up to bed to sleep on their matress on the floor lol....

Me n Kevin made a cuppa sat on a box and looked out the window sighing with relief that we had done it and were so happy to be in our new home...

AND THEN !!!!!!!!!!

Outside our house pulled 3 big police vans, and about 10/15 police all queued up out side our front gate with batons and guns and bullet proof vests... shouting something then all ran off up the alleyway beside us for a drugs raid !!!!!!!!!!!

I couldnt believe it !!!... the very first day !!! We see the funny side now but at the time I thought OMG what have we just done buying a house heree LOOOOOOOOOOOOL !!!

OMG!

That is just beyond imagination!
Gladly you can see the funny side now haha! In a twisted way it is kinda funny..


No I haven't found out what it was all about. Normally you can find something on the local internet about p[olicethings in the neighbourhood, but when it's about domestic things, or when cases aren't closed, they don't give any information... well It's near my school, and near another collegue that works on the same school, but a different building, I'll see her friday...maybe she knows what.

with living in a big town i guess i am used to seeing or hearing about similar things, only the other week there were 4 stolen cars all abandoned round the corner from us and it was crawling with police, hope it was nothing to worrying

ps i don't live in a rough area just with it being a town centre and close to manchester you hear these things, please don't get the wrong idea ! ha ha
